The Raspberry Pi can measure rotation on all its three axes. They are called pitch, roll and yaw.

The yaw block is a Raspberry Pi Sense HAT block and a reporter block. It returns the current "yaw angle" that the Raspberry Pi Sense HAT is pointed in.
