You can say things that you like to do, but personal information should not be shared. This includes full names, schools, addresses, phone numbers, contact information on sites containing unmoderated chat, and email addresses. Comments and posts containing these should be reported.

This rule is in place mainly to protect users as there are some people who can steal personal information. The Scratch Team are also removing face reveal projects from the site for the sake of user privacy as well as preventing mean comments.[1]
