Does this bot remove legitimate uses of multiple instances of the same word in a row, such as "had had"?

Yes. Some double words are special exception, my bot lets me approve if that is a spelling error or not :)

Er, if my knowledge of this place serves me correctly, this bot only edits when needed to fix a specific error or something on a mass scale, it isn't an ongoing thing.
