All Wiki pages are intended to be edited collaboratively. There isn't any specialized way to alert people of changes, but you are welcome to notify anyone you think might want to edit the page via their talk page or Scratch profile. RE: Would you help me with a page?
Sure thing. But I need to know if these pages are necessary. Downloading a project isn't necessarily breaking copyright laws since projects are licensed under CC-BY-SA, and the page for changing usernames already exists.
