Indenting your messages

Hello there. When replying to a message on a talk not creating a new message but replying please use (:) to indent the message

Just note that once you get to six indents (::::::) use {{outdent|<number of indents>}} then don't indent at all. So replying to this message (which has four indents) would be like this:

Image how-to

Can someone help me upload an image to the wiki that isn't already there? Thanks!

Sure! Just go to Special:Upload, choose your file, give it a descriptive name (this is important!), type in a description in the big box, add a category like so: [[Category:Category name]] (see Category:Images for some categories to use, but don't use that category itself!), then hit "upload" and you'll be done. Make sure your file doesn't already exist, though - searching for it helps.

When signing posts

Hi there! When you sign posts, I recommend you use "~~~~" instead of <scratchsig> tags with your username inside of them — this doesn't only tell us who posted, but also when they posted. Thanks!

How do you create a template?

I just created a header(yay!) and I want to turn it into a template. How can I do this? Thanks!

Hello! To use an header, use {{User:PrincessFlowerTV/TEMPLATE NAME}} if your template is a page on your userpage. If not, I recommend you to move it at the url "Special:MovePage/Template:TEMPLATE_NAME". Move it to "User:PrincessFlowerTV/TEMPLATE_NAME" (do this JUST if you will be the only to use this template, if someone else can use your template (for ex. it is a welcome template), leave it as it is). If your template is free to everyone, use this: {{Template:TEMPLATE NAME}}. Hope I helped ;). Just ask if something is unclear or not working.
