Welcome to the Wiki! :)

You've created your userpage which is a good start, you should also create your signature. For more information on how to do that, and other information as well, look at this page. :)

Thanks

I know how to work with wiki's. :) And I know you're excited to with everyone, but if I need help, I'll ask. ^.^ -Magnie

Chat.py

Seeing as bobbybee added a link to FireMMO, is there anywhere I can link your Python server/client/mirror/chat.py? Like, a github repo or something? I was thinking of listing Scratch-related modules on the Python page...

Umm would http://sourceforge.net/projects/scratchspace/ work?

I feel like a stalker...

...considering reading every word of your user-page is my idea of fun. lol.
Bobbybee (talk | contribs) 00:41, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

Haha, maybe I'll update it again with more Scratch Space documentation. :P
Magnie (talk | contribs) 16:38, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
Why not make an article for one/all of chat.py/scratch space/your server?
Blob8108 (talk | contribs) 16:46, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
I'm thinking about it. Just not sure where to put it. I'm thinking of Magnie:Chat.PY, Magnie:ScratchSpace, or something.

I don't see why you can't make a tutorial (main wiki) on how to make a simple chat using Scratch Space. I'm doing it for FireMMO, and I don't see why I should have such a monopoly.
Bobbybee (talk | contribs) 20:51, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
I don't exactly have enough time to do so. As I mentioned, I'm working on documentation on Scratch Space to make it so people that have some Python knowledge (and possibly none at all but still have the program) can run it themselves and so they know how it works.
Magnie (talk | contribs) 22:21, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
Why not make that be a wiki article, then? Hmm, maybe there should be a Python namespace. Like Python/Scratch Space...
Blob8108 (talk | contribs) 05:55, 19 April 2012 (UTC)
No offense to anyone, but people just aren't smart enough to do anything then but a compiled exe. I had to learn the hard way.
Bobbybee (talk | contribs) 10:57, 19 April 2012 (UTC)
Blob8108: I'll probably finish the documentation here then move it. Bobbybee: That's totally offensive to me! Just kidding. :P It's actually because I'm too lazy to find a GCC compiler (they are unbelievably hard to find for Windows).
