Hi! :)
Hi! :) --65.215.1.13 20:53, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
- Hi! :) Just curious... who are you? -Jonathanpb 07:22, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
- It's Andres - I would know ;).
- BTW - I don't think you did your signature right Jonathanpb. Remember, in your preferences, put
{{SUBST:Nosubst|User:Jonathanpb/Signature}}
(in your case) - this way, if you ever plan to change your signature, it will automatically change it for all of your messages you've made :)Lucario621 (talk | contribs)

- The great Andrés!? :O I'm so honored!
- "laughs" I couldn't work out how to do the signature template, and I was going to ask you... but I forgot. Thanks! :)
- Wait - why does it always leave that ""Category:Templates"" thing right after the template? :@ {{SUBST:Nosubst|User:Jonathanpb/Signature}} 08:02, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- EDIT: It didn't work! :O I put "(two braces)SUBST:Nosubst|User:Jonathanpb/Signature(/two braces)" - is there anything wrong? {{SUBST:Nosubst|User:Jonathanpb/Signature}} 08:04, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- Okay, it's working now... forgot to check a box. ^_^
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 06:42, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
- EDIT: Why did it bolden that last bit? It didn't when I previewed it on my (nonexistent for now) sandbox...
- Okay, it's working now... forgot to check a box. ^_^
Categorize the shortcuts (S:<name>) under "Shortcuts"
Shortcuts are different types of pages than just regular redirects, so they deserve a different category. I think you have more time than me to do it, so I'd greatly appreciate it :) Lucario621 (talk | contribs) 00:46, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- Sure... :)

Plz dont delete redirects without any reason
I find that whenever I search for round instead of Round(), it draws a blank.Hence, please dont delete any redirects without any Particular IMPORTANT reason .Thanks Subh 16:52, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
- I never deleted it... that page was only made (for the first time) when you made it today . :/

Why did you make awesomedan617's account?
Awesomedan617 was a user account made by BulboGrubb and Survivorduck to help with the spammer, so how come that account has been created? :/ WeirdF (talk | contribs)
- We were doing a test to see if the accounts that get created could be logged into - you remember that thing on Lucario's talk page, right? ;) We had to use a real account for the testing, and we didn't want to make an account just for the testing, so we used that account. :)
- We could log in, by the way. :)
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 11:14, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
- uhm... This seems a bit of a weir situation. Try to avoid creating unnecessary accounts in the future, as they can not be removed from the wiki, they're always permanent. Next time, please just wait until I can check what happened, even if it's two weeks. Has the account been blocked already? JSO 16:55, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
- This is important guys. Please follow JSO's recommendations.
Okay, I've blocked him now... WeirdF (talk | contribs)
- Sorry... there was an account waiting, so I wanted to take care of things as quickly as possible. ^_^
- Why did we have to block that account? It's completely unnecessary... :/
- (Agh you got the first ban WeirdF I'm so jealous :P)

Gobo-cropped.png
Why did you change the width of the gobo? Lucario621 (talk | contribs) 23:47, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
Also, why did you remove the "*" on the main page? Lucario621 (talk | contribs) 23:48, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
- The width matters? :O
- That asterisk was right next to the "1,493 articles since created on December 6, 2008" - it looks like it's one of those little notes that the wiki wasn't actually created then. It didn't belong there...
- Why did you revert the Gobo image? :O
- Why did you put the asterisk back? You don't have the power to just say "No, we're doing it this way!"... no one does (and no one should). :P
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 06:23, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
Hey, I want an answer! :D (Not that you did anything on the wiki today :P) Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 07:48, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, the width matters, because the images together with the text all center, so it one image is way wider than the other, than the text may appear more in one direction.
- As far as the date, this wiki on the scratch servers was made on May 2010 - so that's why there was the asterisk. But I'm fine with that for now, I'm supposed if you're confused by it, then other people would be too...
- As far as the reverting, I disagreed with your edits, so I reverted them, with my reason, extending to your talk page. So that's perfectly fine.
- I really don't like the current gobo. It feels to small and cropped. I pixel by pixel made it smaller, cutting off some pieces just to make it look good, and match with the Scratch Cat well. So I'm going to revert the edits once again (just the image), as I have a reason.
Lucario621 (talk | contribs) 22:29, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
Agghh!
Oops... Sorry about that file that you deleted yesterday... I was going to use that in an article, but I didn't know I was leaving to my cousin's house for the night! Oh well, I'll just re-upload it. :S Please don't delete it again! :O (FYI: It was the System browser picture) Jwosty 21:24, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Why?
Disgusted about discussing politics altogether, or about doing it in the Prism forum? And, if the latter, what would you suggest? —Brian Harvey (talk) 05:54, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- The latter - I was just rather shocked that the Prism Forums (used for discussing Prism) be used for politic discussions. I'm sorry...
- Just a friendly thing: Andrés suggested that the two of you create a Google Group for your conversation. Just letting you know in case you would prefer that...
- I really need to keep my big mouth shut - just pretend I never said anything...
- Um - friends? :D ^_^
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 05:59, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- Friends, of course!
- Unlike Scratch, Google makes its living by collecting information about people and selling it to advertisers. (To be fair, what they actually sell is the service of choosing who sees which ads based on that information; they don't actually directly provide it to advertisers.) I really try hard not to give Google any information about myself, and wouldn't want to expose Shadow to having Google know all about his political views. (They already know about my political views, which are on my web page.)
- Just to bend over backward about explaining this, it's not that either Shadow or I should be ashamed of our political views. It's that bits of information that are innocuous individually add up to a frighteningly complete dossier when added up, which is what Google does. It's the principle of the thing -- and as the adult in this conversation, I feel a fiduciary obligation to keep Shadow out of Google's hands to the extent that it's in my control.
- Since we're friends :), do you mind if I push a little to try to understand this? You had a really strong reaction. Would you have felt the same way if Shadow and I had started a discussion about stamp collecting on a Prism Forum group? Or some other off-topic topic other than politics? Or, would you have felt the same way if we'd started a conversation about how much we both admire Bush? —Brian Harvey (talk) 06:21, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- I wouldn't have been so crazy if it were about stamp collecting - you see, politics is often a touchy subject that isn't always good to have around.
- Could we just drop this? I don't really have anything to say.
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 06:31, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, I'm sorry. —Brian Harvey (talk) 06:40, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Thanks For the comments on my page! I'm glad that you find my articles useful and accurate! Just drop a comment on my page if you need anything.
- You're welcome! :D
- You seem really dedicated to the Scratch Wiki!!! Have a box of cookies!!! :D :D :D *passes box to you*
- Normally instead of going to my talk page and replying though, people reply on their own talk page (like I'm doing right now). ^_^ I'm not reprimanding you or anything, but it's what we normally do here. :3
- Oh - don't forget to sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~) so we know who you are and when you posted. ^_^

- Oooh these cookies look good. *takes a bite*. Mmmmm... Good Cookies :). Anyways thanks for the advice. I've only just started on the scratch wiki so I'm still just learning the ropes. I'm a little absent-minded thought so sometimes its hard for me to remember to put my signature!

I have a question
Hey Jonathanpb i have a question how do u make that thing at the top of your page that has my page talk page my sandbox and other stuff? Scratchlive (talk | contribs) 18:23, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
- That bar is a piece of HTML code. You can get one too - copy the code from User:Jonathanpb/Header, edit it to your needs, paste the code into User:Scratchlive/Header, and then stick the code {{User:Scratchlive/Header}} at the top of your user and talk page. :)
- Would you like me to create a header for you?
- One last thing - please sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~); this way we know who you are and when you posted. :) I added your signature for you.

What's the full HTML code for the leave a message button at the top of your talk page? Scimonster (talk | contribs) 14:06, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
- Just do it like he did:
<inputbox>
type=commenttitle
page={{FULLPAGENAMEE}}
buttonlabel=Leave a message
hidden=yes!
</inputbox> WeirdF (talk | contribs) 19:06, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

- Are any of them to edit?
Scimonster (talk | contribs) 09:07, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
- I don't know... you could use an external link though - for example, CLICKY would let you edit this page.
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 11:11, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
- I know about the external links, I didn't want it. I wanted it for a joke on my talk page.

Huh?
Ive seen many things on scratch wiki that are about rpgs with less popularity than this. is there a set limit? Im kinda new to Wiki and dont know much
- Good question, thanks for asking :)
- Well, we try and keep the RPG articles to the most popular ones - for example, the four articles on RPGs we currently have - Anthros Unite, Flag RPG, Jigglers, and Warriors of the Forest are arguably the most successful and largest RPGs on Scratch. Take a look at their galleries (forum topic in the case of Flag RPG) and you'll see.
- If the Harry Potter RPG reaches the height of those RPGs I mentioned, bring it up on the Community Portal and we'll take a look ;)

About that file you deleted
File:Ask Workaround Unhacked.png. You use Chrome. Could you see it? It wasn't working for me, so I hadn't put it into the ask and wait block article. Scimonster (talk | contribs) 12:36, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- BTW, I use Firefox.
Scimonster (talk | contribs) 15:02, 31 March 2011 (UTC)

Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 06:13, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- Eh, it doesn't seem to work very well ^^ I appreciate the work you put into it though :P
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 06:32, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you. Anyways, it is the best one we can have with Scratch's current capabilities, so I'll add a couple warnings. Oh, and check here and see if it really doesn't work.
Scimonster (talk | contribs) 07:19, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- Ooh - it does work, but you have to let go of the keys really quickly :P Eh, I suppose it's fine ^^ I'd restore the page and put the image into the article, but I'm sure you would want to have the glory of restoring it xD
