Cool tips on how to edit
  1. To edit, click the pencil icon at the top of the page next to your username. Then, click edit. If you don't see the button it may be because the page is protected for certain users.
  2. After you are in the editor, check out the cheatsheet for editing tips.
  3. You can also check out the help pages for more detailed information on editing.
  4. You can test editing features out in the community sandbox (it will get cleared every few hours), or you can make your own sandbox here.
  5. Before making a page, make sure it does not already exist. You can do this by using the search bar located at the top of the page.
  6. If the page you wanted to make is already created, you can create a redirect page! For more info on redirect pages, see this.
  7. To make a page, go here, or type the page name you want in the search bar and then press the link that says "create this page by editing this!"
  8. For information on magic words, check out the MediaWiki Documentatation.

  1. Use random page
  2. Check out articles to expand
  3. Check out article stubs
  4. Look at edits on recent changes and see what you can do to improve it even more.


Cool tips for posting on talk pages
  1. To post on someone's talk page, simply press the pencil icon and then press "New Topic". Type in the subject and message.
  2. Then, make sure you sign your post with 4 tidles (~~~~)
  3. When replying to a talk page post, edit the section that has the message and then indent your post with a colon (:). If someone already replied, use one more colon then they used. (See example conversation below)

About your status

Hi,

I had to remove your status because you were posting personal information about a user, which the Community Guidelines does not allow. While it wasn't exactly the most personal, discussing things like peoples' last names (at all) or religions (unless the user explicitly says theirs) is considered personal information. Please let me know if you have any questions.

A spelling mistake in your welcome template

I found a spelling mistake in your welcome template; 'anything' on the first paragraph is spelled 'anythig'. You might want to have that fixed.

Although not really spelling errors, 'Scratch Wiki' in the heading used on your welcome template is not capitalised and 'Wikian' in the same paragraph is not either.

Edit: Your welcome template was made by Geometric_ghast / Ihatr, so maybe you (or maybe I) could post on their talk page mentioning it.
