Dude, calm down, it's just fictional work.

But if you're asking what references I used to make it accurate to the real world and where I got inspiration from, I used the Jobs page for "The main goals of a community moderator" part as well as my explanations. For the Moderator Rules part, I used logic, and some "fired moderator" examples (Like Rule 2 is written because... Riley from Club Penguin Online). Inspiration comes from the tapes/cutscenes that are in Five Nights at Freddy's 6.
