About your newest edit

Hello there, I see you've made your first "real" edit on the wiki with your edit on the How do I create a new sprite? page. Unfortunately, there are a couple of problems with your edit, and I've had to revert your changes:

• First and most important, please do not use AI to edit articles, or at the very least proofread the edits if you're going to use AI. It's pretty clear that you used AI to make your edit; not only was the last sentence very reminiscent of an AI, but there were some factual inaccuracies in your paragraph that can be easily proven untrue by visiting the Scratch website. AI-generated edits look very unprofessional on the wiki, and AI can make a lot of mistakes, especially on more niche topics.

Some other points I want to note:

• The formatting on the page was incorrect for FAQ-styled pages. For special page types, try looking at other similar articles for how to correctly format the page. For example, on FAQ-styled pages, there's supposed to be a gray rectangle at the top giving a brief answer to the question.
• Please disable whatever addon/extension you're using on Scratch; the "Choose a Sprite" button is supposed to look purple, not blue.

Hopefully this topic only discourages you from using AI, not from making any new edits. If you have any questions, the Community Portal is a great place to ask.

Please compress files you upload
