To make a new article, simply search the title of the article you wish to create, then hit enter. There should be a link saying "Create the page YOUR ARTICLE TITLE HERE on this Wiki" on the page that shows up. Click the red text, and you will be able to create it. Be sure to read Scratch Wiki:New page policies first, though.

It's too broad. Articles should focus on one specific subject, not teach how to make lots of projects. Take a look at our other Project Types articles for inspiration/examples.
