Welcome to the Scratch Wiki! We hope you will contribute much and well. You probably want to read the help pages before doing anything. If you have any questions, you can ask anyone on the Scratch Wiki. We will appreciate it if you make a lot of edits to the wiki, but make sure the edits are good quality edits. Again, welcome and have fun! :)

XD You've been so much more active though. I really only got an account for the sake of the occasional grammar error I find. >.<

Candy What Is Slatch?

You said something on the community portal about Slatch, what exactly is that? Also, what does UTC stand for?
Pig9992005 (talk | contribs) 19:24, 23 January 2017 (UTC)

Looking at the community portal it seems it was just a momentary trend on the website, something about like Scratch but with a blue dog mascot instead of an orange cat. Whatever the original "Slatch" project was, it appears to have been removed.
Turkey3 (talk | contribs) 20:44, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
Yup, it was really just a trend. It was a joke rebellion against scratch, but the popularity spread enough that it actually wound up getting it's own (somewhat useless, mind you) website. (Here, in case you were wondering. http://slatch.weebly.com/ ) Idk, I just thought it was interesting enough to get a spot.
Oh, and I believe UTC is a time zone. I don't remember exactly what it stands for or which time zone it is, but it has the same general meaning as EST (Eastern Standard time) or any other time zone.

Candylanguagegirl (talk | contribs) 18:41, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
Actually, UTC is the time standard from which all other timezones are derived (for example, Eastern Standard Time is UTC-5, or five hours behind UTC).

Oh, I never knew that! I guess you learn something new every day.
