- It was restored, but I will ask that you replace it with just a plain welcome message, and remove the template immediately. Please refrain from using the wiki template for that purpose. This will have to be done as soon as possible, or the template you used will have to been deleted off the user's talk page.

- "It says example instead" is not a good reason. I took that screenshot on a completely separate test server that no-one else can access. "Root" doesn't even exist on any wiki except that invisible one (and it happens to be me, too), and no sensitive information was revealed (I removed the IP information when taking the shot) - so what does banana's version have that my version is sorely lacking? kenny2scratch Talk Contribs Directory 14:32, 5 April 2018 (UTC)

Your welcome template cannot look like the real template
Hi! I'll get straight to the point. Your welcome template, User:Banana439monkey/w, looks too much like the actual welcome template, Template:Welcome. I know you and PPL designed the thing, but that doesn't mean you can use it. The real Welcome template should only be used by the accepting user. I think you don't need to change your welcome template too much, though - you already have custom text in it. I think your options are either:
- remove the image at the bottom,
- change the color of the border, or
- make some other very noticeable change.
