• Please don't remove the white from the message you're posting. It helps me read messages. With black, I can't read it in a dark theme. ._.
• Don't repeatedly send the same message. Anything I count as spam will be deleted.
• When linking, please use [https://link.url <span style="color:red">link title</span>] or [[Page|<span style="color:red">Page</span>]] to make the link red. This allows me to read links much more easily.
• When writing a title, please use <span style="color:white">title</span> to make your title white.

Making a page on wiki
I noticed there isn't already a wiki page about scratch addons, I was going to make one but I'm not sure if it's allowed or not. Is it allowed?
also i have no clue if this is the right way to talk to a wikian xD I really need to do my research

Fix your signature
I noticed that your signature blocks letters like y or p. It would be great if you could fix that.

- I just realized it's because you're using the Vector skin. I am using the ScratchWikiSkin skin, so it shows like that for me. 2tables (talk | contribs)

- no matter what i do, you won't be happy. i fixed the y getting cut off, at the expense of the timestamp wrapping lines. if it bothers you so much, then i grant you permission to fix it in a way that fixes both of those issues. 16:44, 21 May 2024 (UTC)

- Ok sorry, I don’t typically check edit history of talk pages since messages are all there, and if they’re removed, then obviously something’s wrong with them. Usually seems best to me that if someone’s message is deleted or redacted they don’t want others to see it so I respect that. - i appreciate that - i gave a quick response to something trivial simply because i was pinged. my lack of responses upon being mentioned should have further indicated that i didn't care enough to consider this urgent or important. i don't mind being pinged once or twice but when it becomes basically constant it gets pretty damn annoying and frustrating to deal with 12:48, 31 May 2024 (UTC)

Mentions of "discord" on the Scratch Wiki
(Regarding special:diff/340066 and special:diff/340067) It is fairly clear that mentions of "discord" is not allowed on the main site. However, I've never heard that you can't mention this kind of sites on the Scratch wiki. There are mentions in the mainspace (albeit it is about that it's not allowed on the main site). Furthermore, it is clear that a Discord server for EW+ existed (NOT is it still runing!) in the chat logs likeScratch Wiki:External Discussions/2017-06-27: Griffpatch Conversation. ("non-Discord people" clearly implies that the conversation is on Discord) Finally, there aren't even links to that website in the page in concern (just links to GitHub), so I'm not 100% sure is that not allowed.
(PS: Maybe you say that this whole thing violates the CG. Okay, but I don't see any reason to not remove the 29+ mentions on the wiki, including a lot from the mainspace)
(PPS: Please do post on their talk page explaining the removal. While there's no rules on this, it does make sure that the user is aware of it, since they don't get notifications on this)

- 1. scgs apply to the wiki too, see S:SCRATCH
- 2. we keep those pages for posterity, and that was also the past, i believe that was before the st gave some kind of comment on the server[citation needed]
- 3. i don't think it matters, if mention isn't allowed on scratch, it isn't allowed here
- 4. i won't give the green flag for a major change but i also agree that it shouldn't be mentioned at all on here

- 1. Yes, all content on the wiki should follow CGs. Not 100% sure on the "in pratice" bit though.

- 3. I disagree. We would still mention "formerly Scratch" even if ST decides to rename it to something else and completely banning the phrase "Scratch".
- 4. Well if the original page's mention was problematic enough to be immediately removed why not other mentions? (refer to FRAM)
- 5. There isn't a section in preference -> notifications to turn it on/off, so I guess there aren't a notification after all.
