About new versions of images
After uploading a new version of File:Alert.PNG, I noticed that you couldn't see the changes, so you reverted it. I've just reverted it to your new version.
When uploading new versions of images, you need to make sure to clear your cache - on Windows, Ctrl+F5, on Mac, β Cmd+β§ Shift+R. That will make sure that you can see the new version - otherwise, the old version is shown from your browser's cache.
Please remember this in the future - uploading the same version multiple times because you couldn't see the change wastes server space. Don't worry, you didn't do anything wrong - I'm just reminding you. Thanks!

What is the use of your new file version?
I saw you uploaded a new version of your logo... but the only difference that I could see was that it was bigger in dimensions and size, even though they look absolutely identical at both sizes. Don't upload new versions of images that have the category Users' Images on them
^ instead, let the user upload a new version if they want to. Basically, images in Category:Users' Images are in userspace and are protected as much as the user's userpage is.
