How to add a sidebar?

How did you add the sidebar to your wiki profile? Could you please tell me?

You would use the style properties of
position:fixed;bottom:0;left:0

To be less out-of-context, a sidebar is usually made like this:
<div style="position: fixed; bottom: 0; left: 0; /* any other wanted styling */">
<!-- any content you do like -->
</div>
position: fixed means that the div will appear in the same place no matter where the rest of the page is scrolled; bottom: 0; left: 0; means it will appear 0 pixels from the bottom of the screen and 0 pixels from the left. If you want it to appear at the top right instead, you can use top: 0; right: 0; but I really don't recommend it because it covers up the blue header.
You can read through Help:CSS to find out what other styling you can add to make it look more like what you want, as well as Help:HTML and S:CHEAT for stuff to put inside it.
