  1. "Warning" and "Note" are in that order in the middle of a page as well if one is right after another is on a page.
  2. "Expand" can also go where "Stub" is.
  3. "Inappropriate" can also go where "NotUseful" is.
  4. "Nutshell" is not a very commonly used template, but it goes above all templates that aren't in a colored box.
