Fails for files
Since categories marked as Category:Users' Images (or Users' Logos) are considered userspace, this template is applicable for those files too. However, the link fails and needs a preceding colon. See File:TOC website 3.0.png for an example.

- Preceding colons can link to normal pages. ScratchJr Also, we can just use {{NAMESPACE}} to detect it. No need for a separate template.
