This documentation is transcluded from Template:Lowercase title/doc.
This will make any page have the first letter lowercase, such as "Go to x: " to "go to x: ", or "User:Wiki user" to "User:wiki user".
This uses {{DISPLAYTITLE:}}, which is a magic word on the MediaWiki software. The display title must be the same, however, you can add stuff like <span> and the case does not have to be the same.

If this template would be used on a page called "All lowercase title":
