Forums which regular users cannot post in

Should we include what goes in forums like Announcements and FAQ? Because of this.

I, for one, use board. It's correct terminology. "Forum" is the section of the website.

Inaccurate Tagline

I'm sure that "Question About Scratch" forum has the tagline "Post general questions about Scratch here." (I recently read it to make sure) but it seems that the article says that the tagline is "Questions about Scratch? No question is too basic!." Should we edit that out?
