Talk page made!
I have made a talk page for the wait () seconds block. If this is not needed feel free to delete, if anything needs to be added just ask.

- Generally it isn't necessary to create talk pages just for the sake of it. They can be created if there is content to add, such as talking about something on the page, but creating them just for the sake of it being blue is not generally necessary.
