Good idea, and how about one header is Scratch Names and the other is Scratch Wiki Names? And there will be sub headers in those.

Should we add section for which characters can be used in usernames?: abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890-_ (first 26 have 2 forms but both forms count as the same character: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ)

I think that's definitely valuable information to add to the article. I'm surprised it's not in there already.
