Adding Slack link

This page only mentions Transifex but Slack is widely used for discussing translation related matters. Transifex is usually only used for quick issue reporting and announcements. I think we should add a link to the Slack community.

+1, but not in same place. We can add it to Communication Channels section, because some translators is using it(including me).

Also, I guess we shouldn't give Slack link directly, because it can cause spam.

I notice that this seems to go under well as a subcategory. Maybe we should merge it?

Yes, both are about Translating Scratch and this feels like a subcategory.
