Replacing instances of the word "duplicate topic"
The word "duplicate topic" is oftentimes used in this article to refer to multiple topics being exactly the same. However, in the forums, the word "duplicate topic" is actually used to describe topics with a suggestion, TIMAC subject, or TIRAP subject -- that was already made. As a result of reading this article, I thought that duplicate topics in that context were actually spam, and I might have confused a few users. Perhaps could we replace the word with another one? What are your thoughts?

Add a new section
There should be a new section about advertising, since it is also considered as spam.

Quotespam
I've recently seen a new form of spam where a Scratcher (usually somebody with under 50 posts) clicks the Quote button on the first post, and posts without adding anything else. Should I add a section about this?
