Can we add the themes now?
The themes for scratch week 2023 have been revealed in this project. Can we add the themes to the article in advance or do we have to wait until scratch week starts?

- I added the theme names as comments, as they are referenced in the announcement project, I but commented them out; not to keep them secret, but because there might not be enough information about them revealed yet to mention them in the individual sections.
