How was this started? After it was made, how did it become a official website of Scratch?

SR is basically inactive...

I think it needs to be mentioned that SR is basically not working or it may be worth making the article one of those historical ones. Opinions?

The website link is wrong

I'm removing the external website link because seems like it doesn't link where it should. If somebody knows the website where this is, please, replace it.
