Removing a Reference

I feel reference #1 should be removed because it points to the Scratch 2.0 website, but this article is about Scratch 1.4. Thoughts?

oh yeah i agree with you. the image already shows that, and what if scratch changed main tags? i vote remove -- hey this is a great topic to start in the cp!

Needs Some Work

This page needs to be put in the past tense and have less information copy and pasted from Project Tags (2.0). It also needs a proper references section.
