Correct category
Should the correct category to put this in be "Drawing and Animation Tutorials" (because of the (kind of) use of animation), or "Scripting Tutorials"?

- Yeah, most uses on Scratch wouldn't count as fair use. As a copyright holder (for photos I have taken) I actually have submitted takedown notices for content of my own against unauthorized usages, including non-commercial usages. That being said, given that a Scratch project is unlikely to cause any financial harm to a company, the educational nature of the site, and the age of most of the users, companies generally don't pursue copyright cases too aggressively, but there have been cases of it happening (such as the afforementioned Pac-man project).
