wanted pen blocks

Is the wanted pen blocks really necessary? Not all Scratchers want this. Actually, this is the first time I heard of anybody wanting these blocks. Maybe the title should be blocks to come out in Scratch 2.0 or are being suggested to. Or it can be moved to the Scratch Suggestions page, not on the Scratch Wiki.
