- They weren't proposing deleting or merging the page, they were proposing moving the page. To respond to the original request, most blocks are named after the text on the block, not what they do. While most blocks don't have an announcement post associated with them, I personally don't think that could be the called the common name, or that someone would expect that that block, unlike the others, be found at "Network Connectivity Block".
