I've checked the announcement for the NGP on the foundation website and the first version said "This summer, you can expect some downtime as we transition from Scratch’s current platform to our NGP.". But now it says "We're hoping to release the NGP by the end of the year. Stay tuned for more information!", and I can't find any other info about it releasing in the summer anymore.
