Only one paragraph of this article is actually about Scratch.

While this article clearly doesn't have much to do with Scratch, The second paragraph could become its own article. I think we should remove all of the non-Scratch stuff, while keeping the Scratch related part, expanding it, and renaming this article to "Engine(s)".

- It doesn't have to be fully related with Scratch, we have Language Tutorials and GitHub. However, the content related to Scratch is having a higher importance on articles. Adding some content to the page is definitely possible (or maybe even creating a disambiguation because the definition of "library" differs in other programming languages and Scratch). And, this page has nothing to do with Engine(s), it's a different topic.

- This doesn't have that much to do with Scratch, so it should be moved to something like "Library (programming)" with the Scratch libraries as the main article.
