Is this really relevant?
Sure, the ST hosts code on GitHub, but that hardly warrants it a page of its own - it's not like you host Scratch projects on GitHub. kenny2scratch Talk Contribs Directory 08:06, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Should there be information about the ST's repositories on GitHub in the wiki, either on a new page or this page (if it has not been documented in the wiki)?

- If this Wiki has been an article about Twitter, why isn't this article relevant? You can think like a social media platform, like DeviantArt.I think we should add a redirect to Scratch in the Media and we should add a new content to Scratch in the Media.

- I think we should just have one article about Scratch on websites other than the Scratch website itself, and maybe an article about all the GH repos, but no more than that.

- I agree.I'll add a redirect to the Scratch on the Media.

- I don't think GitHub is anything to do with the media.

- This should be removed from the wiki. It is quite irrelevant to scratch and is clogging up the wiki.

- I saw your Discussion and started to change the Germen Version of this article to fit better to the Scratch-Matter, see de:GitHub (you can Googel-Translate it). I think it's pretty relevant for everybody who starts to dig deeper into the Scratch community. Therefor it should stay and get much enlarged, to give a starter every information he needs in the context of Scratch.

I think it would be important, since it could outline how to contribute to Scratch's development. However, I don't think it's useful in its current state. VFDan Talk Contribs On Scratch 20:45, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- I'd like to see it about the LLK organisation and a short explanation about GitHub.

- I have added a bit of information on GitHub and how the Scratch Team uses it.

- GitHub has included informations about Git. Also, I think to add more details about node.js. As I said that before (nearly one year ago), it's relevant.

- What about moving it to a page like "Contributing to Scratch's GitHub Repositories" and have it be more like a tutorial-formatted page about that?
bigpuppy talk ▪︎ contribs 19:00, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
- That might be a good idea, but I definitely think the page should stay in one form or another with info about GitHub and some links. It's pretty relevant considering it hosts Scratch's source code, and I think that some Wiki articles cite GitHub for references.
Groko13 (talk | contribs) 20:31, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, that could be a good idea Bigpuppy, but I agree with Groko13. Personally I think, the page needs to be extended in general.
