Should a note be added about the meaning of 'Featured project'?

When I first joined Scratch, I got quite confused about the 'Featured project' on my profile page and at one point actually got excited because I thought that the project had been 'Featured' (as in put on the front page by the Scratch Team). Should a note be added to differentiate between a 'Featured (front paged) project' and a 'Featured (profile) project'?
