Best way to edit the list

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is the best way to update this list by checking ceebee's project to see who's commented?

I had no idea that existed, but looking at it it's a good way, though not necessarily the best way. If you manage to make sure that all future curators have to comment there, though, then it'll be the most reliable way.

I've done my research, for once, when one wants to become FPC and is accepted, Ceebee will comment on the application and ask one to comment on ceebee's project whether they really want to be FPC, then on, that project, ceebee will say when the dates of the period are going to be.

When is a good time to update the list?

I was thinking, if ceebee comments on your FPCA saying if you're still interested, and is that comment a good time to update this list, if the creator is still interested? I was accepted recently so I was gonna add myself to this list due to ceebee's comment on my FPCA.

There is a list on a studio (I can't remember which one at the moment), so whenever that studio is updated.
