Problems with Scratchblocks

This article's scratchblocks should be updated to 3.0. Some of the blocks are different in Scratch 3.0, such as the "item (last v) of []" block, as there is no "last" option in Scratch 3.0. As I am not familiar with the scratchblocks, I could not do it.
