The forum does still exist
Maybe we should put the {{obsolete feature}} template on the Community Blocks page instead?

- I agree; if the forum still exists, I don't think it should be labeled as an obsolete feature. However, since the page with the blocks is no longer working, Community Blocks should be labeled as an obsolete feature.
