Not a stub
I don't think this qualifies as a stub. It has 2 methods of creation, each with its own section, as well as a See Also Section. Thoughts?

- It doesn't explain how each method works though, which seems like a pretty necessary part of a tutorial to me.

- I've rewritten the article, so those two methods no longer exist. Neither were practical as they were solutions for curves of any order. The article is still a stub as I think there is still more to add such as tangent vectors, piecewise curves, and example projects for some of the sections.

- I've removed the stub as I've changed my mind, the amount of information on it currently is sufficient to not be called such.
