- When Alternative Accounts gets created, we can merge it there. Otherwise, a merge to Account seems inconsistent so I would keep this page until further notice.

Is talking about griffpatch_tutor considered "users or user-generated content?"
It seems like it's advertising; maybe it would be better off if one of the Wiki example accounts were used?

- In general using real examples is allowed as long as it's only used as an example within the context of the article. However, in this case I agree with you because I think the example is superfluous.

"Identifying Test Accounts" section is wrong
I think that you don't identify a test account from the username but from the contents he makes.

- Often both. I have a test account called Adzboy_Test, that is identifiable by its username.

- I think what's there is fine. It serves as a quick identifier without having to comb through their projects. It's not perfect of course, but works well enough for a first pass. The wording also makes it clear that the method isn't foolproof (by using words such as "often").
