I agree, and it's not finished so it doesn't really tell you how to make a scrolling platformer..

I agree too, it could easily be added under a new section, although I'm not the best person to do so.

It's not finished but I think we must finish it rather than deleting it since it can be a good potential source for Scratchers to create an "advanced" scrolling platformer.
