A sprite pack, also known as a sprite collection, is a type of project that contains sprites designed to be used by other users. Sprite packs usually have themes, but they don't neccesarilly require one. Some examples of themes include cars, dogs, dinosaurs, etc. Sprite packs can also contain sprites from existing video games. Sprite Packs usually contain about 10-30 sprites, but can contain more. Users need to give credit if they use a sprite from someone else's sprite pack.[1] Sprite Packs can also be found on other websites, but they usually have to be be ripped from a sprite sheet.
The Creative Characters Camp encouraged users to create their own sprite packs.
