The Scratch Design Studio is a themed studio that is changed approximately every six weeks, though sometimes even longer and sometimes shorter. There have currently been a total of 180 Scratch Design Studio studios.

(Description – In this SDS, we're here to explore and solve the many puzzles in our world. From brain teasers and jigsaw puzzles to decoders and mystery solving, it's time to put on those thinking caps and puzzle out these puzzling puzzlers!)

     (Description – Did you know lots of common items you might interact with daily are made up of materials found under the earth's surface? In this SDS, we’re going underground and invite you to explore the variety of things that might be found beneath the surface, and share them with others. Going from soil to water, to animals and bugs, to metals, to diamonds, and even fossils, there are many possibilities for what to include in your project!)
     
145. Landmarks
     (Description – From ancient buildings of the past, through beautiful urban layouts of cities and magnificent palaces and castles, landmarks are everywhere! Landmarks can be quite small, or they can also be monumental, but each one is equally recognizable. In this SDS we will focus on these amazing, iconic places by inviting you to create a project about landmarks.)

     (Description – Do you know you are surrounded by dots? Dots can be found in every day locations or places you least expect them. You can find them within sentences, in decimals, within art, and in nature. You can spot a dot in an animal’s fur pattern or a blueberry on a bush or even stars in the nights sky.
