Motor Blocks was a block category in Scratch 1.4. They were used to control the motor in the LEGO WeDo Construction Set. They were replaced by the LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 Extension.
Accessing the Motor Blocks
The motor blocks were in different categories in Scratch 1.4 and 2.0. You needed to choose them, as they were not visible by default. To make the motor blocks visible, click "Show Motor Blocks" in the Edit tab. They can be then found below within the Motion palette. The motor blocks could only be used with a LEGO WeDo Construction Set, but could still be viewed without one.
