To search for a user on Scratch, type https://scratch.mit.edu/users/USERNAME in your browser's address bar and press ↵ Enter. If there is no page for that Scratcher, you will get a 404 Error page. However, you may search for a user's projects via the search bar, which allows you to find the user. However, this will not work if they have no projects shared.

Using Search Terms

It is possible to search for users whose usernames contain certain things. To do this, simply type site:scratch.mit.edu/users/ into a search engine, and then add a space and the search term. For example, one might type site:scratch.mit.edu/users/ example.

To include projects, studios, and other user-generated content in the search, remove /users/ from the end of the URL. A more specific way to do it would be to simply search "example on Scratch," however this would not limit the results to being on the Scratch website.
