If you are a manager or the host of a studio, then you can promote any other curator of the studio to manager by menu icon next to their icon on the curators tab and clicking "Promote."
In order to promote a curator, you have to invite them as a curator first. Only managers/studio host can promote curators. Note that there can only be a total of 40 managers per studio.
