The Dustbin forum is a forum in the Scratch Discussion Forums where deleted topics from other forums are moved to. The forum is only accessible by the Scratch Team, returning a 403 error for any other attempts to access it.
The forum also contains Topic 412 which deleted posts are merged into.[1]
