Under certain circumstances, cloud chat projects can be made. According to the Scratch Team's cloud chat project policy,[1] it is allowed to make a cloud chat project, as long as the project has a certain list of pre-made phrases or sentences that the user can choose from. This does not include projects that have a blacklist of unacceptable words, a whitelist of appropriate words, or other safeguards.
Report any projects with cloud chat functionality that violates the policy to ensure that the Scratch Team removes them. Alternatively, the creator of the project an edit the code to remove the functionality.
