Your bot, TemplatesFTW, compressed my image for the Privacy Policy article, Privacy_Policy.PNG (not sure how to link to it without embedding the whole image), and reduced it by 5 KB. I don't know why it did that since I already compressed it before uploading, and it was smaller than any of the previous versions of the image, at 48 KB. Does it have to be below a certain maximum file size? <scratchsig>Groko13</scratchsig> 12:26, 9 December 2019 (UTC)

:My bot won't reupload if the difference in size after compressing is <10% of the previous size; 10% of 48 KB is 4.8 KB, and a 5 KB difference is large enough to make it count. In the future, if you have compressed it, include the word "compress" (or any grammatically correct form of the word lol) somewhere in the upload message - it'll skip those.{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 13:08, 9 December 2019 (UTC)

== Updating an image daily ==
 +
 +
Hello! I was wondering if I could upload an image to the wiki (a Google Sheets statistic) and update the image daily (or weekly). Would this be OK, or would you rather me not do it? ([[User:Dominic305/public/Hyperdrive OS Stat Graph|I currently have the images hosted on an external website.]]){{User:Dominic305/signature}} 23:43, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
 +
:Your current method is fine, thanks for asking (I took a look at your links and checked that they're OK) - weekly uploads of a user image is not the kind of thing we want to encourage, for fear of flooding storage, let alone daily.{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 06:09, 16 December 2019 (UTC)

== Extension Installment ==
 +
 +
Heyo!  For the [[Scratch Wiki:Scratch Wiki Adventure|Scratch Wiki Adventure]], we were hoping to use [[mw:Extension:GuidedTour|this extension]] as the "guide" for the user.  Do you think it'd be possible to have it installed here?<scratchsig>54329</scratchsig> 17:10, 18 December 2019 (UTC)

== I need help with the yeeting of the custom signature. ==
 +
 +
So, I made a [[User:TheAwesome98/signature|custom signature]], and I made sure it confomed to the rules. Now what? I have NO IDEA how to insert JavaScript files onto Wikis, by the way. <scratchsig>TheAwesome98</scratchsig> 16:44, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
 +
:[[S:GOODSIG]] is the guide to follow - it includes all the necessary instructions. JavaScript is irrelevant.
 +
:<small>By the way, to "yeet" something is to throw it with great force - "yeeting" a custom signature doesn't make any sense.</small>{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 07:55, 24 December 2019 (UTC)

== Scratchblock Extensions ==
 +
 +
On the page [[Blocks]], I've added the extension blocks, but for half the extensions the blocks are not showing correctly. Can you fix this?
 +
{{User:CrazyBoy826/sig}} 01:40, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
 +
:I've fixed everything; the problem seems to be that you forgot to add <code>::extension</code> to the ones that are broken. For example <code><nowiki><sb>motor [ v] turn this way for () seconds::extension</sb></nowiki></code> would turn into <sb>motor [ v] turn this way for () seconds::extension</sb>. For me, using http://scratchblocks.github.io/ helps for previewing scratchblocks. Hopefully I helped! {{e|:)}} <scratchsig>TenType</scratchsig> 05:47, 30 December 2019 (UTC)

::Most extensions can be fixed by adding their extension names to the end, like ::ev3 or ::wedo. This fixes the icon at the left of the block. However, the text to speech, lego boost, and go direct ones don't seem to work. {{User:CrazyBoy826/sig}} 17:35, 2 January 2020 (UTC)

When editing the wiki, I found some 1920*1080 pictures. How did they get here, and why are they not crashing pages?{{User:CrazyBoy826/sig}} 01:13, 3 January 2020 (UTC)
 +
:They were either uploaded before the size limits came into place, or uploaded by an admin for some reason; they're not crashing pages because the crashing problem isn't that extreme (it only happened a few times), but our size limits are in place to be better safe than sorry.{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 03:13, 3 January 2020 (UTC)

== Sleeping Thing not Working ==

Hello, Kenny2scracth. I noticed that your icons about sleeping time are not working in your header. Now it appears as the status and if it's in a weekend, "weekend-" is added at the start of the status. Thank you for your attention! <scratchsig>Scramaso</scratchsig> 16:02, 4 January 2020 (UTC)
 +
:...that's not what I see - I see "Awake" at the moment and there's nothing about "weekend-". Or what do you mean?{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 14:09, 5 January 2020 (UTC)

::::@Nambaseking01 I think that's because of time zones

== The login page ==

In the login page, there is a grammar error:<br/>
 +
<br/>
 +
It says "There are problems with some of your input". Shouldn't it be "There are problems with some of your input'''''s'''''?
 +
{{User:CrazyBoy826/sig}} 19:38, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
 +
:"Some of your input" => "a portion of the data input by you". There is only one hunk of input data.
 +
:Also, those strings are not written by me - they're by the people who made MediaWiki. If there's a grammar error there, you'd be better off reporting it with them.{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 09:59, 14 January 2020 (UTC)

::::There's a page in JavaScript that needs to be changed to wikitext. Also, I appreciate your notification on my talk page, but I regularly check active users' talk pages and these messages can clutter up talk pages.{{User:CrazyBoy826/sig}} 02:09, 23 January 2020 (UTC)

:::::Can you delete the page [[User:CrazyBoy826/e]]?{{User:CrazyBoy826/sig}} 02:12, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
 +
::::::Ah, once the page has been created as JS moving it to a non-JS name won't change the content model. For cases like that it would have been better to post on [[S:CPSYS]] since {{t|delete}} wouldn't work.
 +
::::::And yes, you have changed to content model of a page before, which is what alerted me that normal users could change content models and made me restrict the permission to admins.{{User:Kenny2scratch/sig}} 07:44, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
