Okay, so there's an article about the Community Guidelines, right? Look: Community Guidelines Anyways, that article actually has a summed up version of the Community Guidelines, even though they aren't the real ones. Maybe we could do something like that on this page? Like, kinda summing up the Terms of Use?

Yes. Except the terms of use are much longer and boring :P if anyone here plans on being a lawyer help yourself. What we need to do is put the terms of use into an understandable form broken down into sections.

We definitely don't need the entire legal text here.

Okay, now the article just isn't looking good. It doesn't really work having the entire Terms of Use here. How about we just...IDK...sum it up? For example:
1. User Agreement
1.1 This part explains what Scratch is, what the Terms of Use is, and why it exists. You must agree with these conditions if you want to use Scratch.
1.2 This part explains the Privacy Policy, what it is, and that you must agree to it if you want to use Scratch.
1.3 This part explains that Scratch is open to all ages, and all of your comments, projects, etc, should be appropriate to everyone.
...and so on. You get the idea. I don't want the ENTIRE Terms of Use printed here. :)

Sorry, I've been roaming around here way too much, but I can't help but notice the category is "Other". ...this has to have a category. I looked at the Community Guidelines article and the category was Scratch Website. I feel this article would fit pretty good there, don't you think?

Change Link ""

In the Account Creation and Maintenance section, there is a link to "" that displays as "". I am proposing to change it to go to "[]". Are there any popular browsers that don't support the "mailto:" extension? If so, can I change the link?

I do not agree with this change. What about users of webmail? People can copy out the email address. They don't need a link.
