Fix Scratch Wiki Home

Scratch Wiki Home is currently broken on the Vector skin with a wide screen. This can be fixed by replacing the part with the sections with:

The first div at the top (the one with width 945px) will also need to be removed (also remember to remove the closing tag near the bottom). The visual difference is very small (generally unnoticeable). This change will make it easier to add or change sections in the future.

The page included Category:Thankful Thursday, which unintentionally caused other pages like the Community Portal to be categorized under such.
